It has 12 bedrooms and features a built-in synagogue. The house’s sale price is a record high for the neighborhood, even though it’s not beachfront.

Since homes without waterfront views usually don’t come in such a high price tag. Having a house of worship at home, this place surely has good flooring. The real estate company, Douglas Elliman, behind the home’s selling, couldn’t give any info about the house, aside from the details that its sellers incorporated the synagogue because they wanted to have a home that has a private place for prayer with their family and friends.
