MICHAEL PHELPS – AMOUNT UNDISCLOSED, ARIZONA
WORTH: $80 MILLION

It looks like famed Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps let go of his $3.5-million Arizona home to have a 10,000-square-foot mansion just nearby his former abode. The said house is built in 2017 and seats on about two acres of land in the Phoenix suburb of Paradise Valley. Michael didn’t reveal his new home’s amount, as his agent refused to give comments about that. However, the house is bought by Paradise Valley II, LLC, which also accountable for his previous homes, as seen on its records. May be, Michael lets real estate lawyers do the talk for him whenever he wants to buy a house.

With the featured amenities, Phelps likely hangs out on the backyard swimming pool because of his profession and we can imagine how he performs his skills as a swimmer on the backyard pool. It featured five bedrooms, one of which has a fireplace on it that is believed to be used by the Olympic swimmer. The kitchen on his house is located next to the living room and it has numerous seats intended for the Olympian’s guests. The house has hardwood flooring, the same flooring we see in NBA’s basketball courts.
