Billy Joel is ready to let go and say goodbye to his luxurious Palm Beach County mansion, which includes the home’s furnishings in the deal. The 71-year-old crooner turned his house into one of his investments. After he bought it for $11.8 million in 2014, he put it on the market for $19.5 million, which he eventually reduced to $16.9 million. With the decrease, he could still own over $5 million.

The house boasts 13,000 square feet of living space and is facing Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway. It also features a modern design, complete with marble floors and coffered ceilings. No expense provided; the design changes brought “a fresh sense of airy openness to the understated Mediterranean elegance.” It also has open French doors that will let the air circulate inside the room with an overlooking view of the Intracoastal. To top off all these features, it includes a piano in the club room.
