Kevin Durant just sold one of his major investments – his Malibu home. The NBA superstar put his lavish oceanfront home on Broad Beach on the market for $12.15 million, and somebody else now owned it. However, considering the amount he had to pay for real estate commissions and other fees, the house sales seemed to be a wash for the Brooklyn Nets players. He bought the house for $12.05 million, but only sold for it $12.15, having no big difference.

Anyhow, the new owner is a lucky one of his purchases as the home has its own private and gated street. The new owner who bought the fabulous home formerly owned by the Brooklyn Nets superstar was Anthony E. Zuiker, who is known for creating the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. It has a nice ocean view where you can watch the beautiful sunset and feel the natural breeze coming.
