CLINT EASTWOOD – $9.75 MILLION, CALIFORNIA
NET WORTH: $375 MILLION
Another legendary star who puts his house on the market is Clint Eastwood. The iconic actor now has no reason to spend his gas to go to his Pebble Beach, California estate after he listed his house for $9.75 million with Sotheby’s International Realty. This is just one of Clint’s several properties. The listing referred to Clint’s property as Hacienda Este Madera, which means East Wood Estate. It sits on a 4.7-acre land, a gated property in an exclusive area of Pebble Beach to keep it secured.
Famed San Francisco architect Clarence Tantau designed the house in the 1920s and gave it a Spanish farmhouse style. To complete its theme, he added thick adobe walls, terracotta roof tiles hand-crafted ironwork, and, of course, no Spanish house would be complete without Spanish doors. Sometimes, you don’t need to renovate and convert a traditional house into a modern one, especially if you are a purist. And that’s certainly the case for Eastwood’s Pebble Beach home because he never updated the house despite having a net worth of $375 million, which should be enough to renovate the whole house.
