It is a big-brick home that can only be accessed through a gate and complete with security cameras all over the place. Pat reportedly bought this house for $1.275 million.

At the time, he didn’t straightly pay for it as he only gave a $275,000 down to secure his ownership. The remaining amount was then put on loan and was set to be paid by 1998. The Wheel of Fortune host has only lived there temporarily because he spent more of his time at Los Angeles due to his hosting duties of the famed television show. With his earnings on hosting and his current net worth, he can afford to renovate his home whenever he likes.
