KID ROCK – $2.2 MILLION, DETROIT
WORTH: $100 MILLION

After selling his Malibu mansion and Nashville home, Kid Rock is now selling his Detroit house. He bought this home in 2012 and now put it on the market for $2.2 million. Skyline Realty Group held the listing and described the house as a “stunning home situated in an exclusive subdivision.” This place, along with the city’s mayor’s official home, is only one of the few standalone residences that rest alongside the Detroit River. Built in 1930, it has six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and is about 6,000 square feet.

If you want to live like a rock star that Kid Rock is, you can apply for a home loan and get this place. Inside, it comes with an old-fashioned wood furniture and Motown’s Hitsville USA mural engraved on the wall of the entertainment room, which also has a poker style table on it, and next to it is a bar if you want to have a booze. Late Motown singer Marvin Gaye reportedly attended a party held on this home back in 1960s years before he owned it.
