Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have made a lot of investments since they got married. The two now have several properties, and one of those is their Franklin Tennessee home, worth $18.5 million.

The couple first bought a part of the farm property from Hank Williams Jr in 2001. Later, they added four parcels to expand its size. Overall, it now has six houses, a barn, 12 stalls, a huge hayloft, tack room, and a caretaker’s apartment. It also has two large buildings for farm equipment and other uses.

Aside from this place, they also own an island in the Bahamas and a home in Nashville. Their Tennessee home had a brief appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Show last 2014 on Jimmy Kimmel Sleepover’s segment with Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. We hope that their former house would have a new owner in the future, whether ordinary or celebrity.
