Tiger Woods’ $40-million home on Jupiter Island, Florida, will make his previous look small and cheap. According to Forbes, the price tag on his house was one of the highest ever on Jupiter Island. The legendary golfer bought the house together with his then-wife, Elin Nordegren, in 2006. He also has set his sights on acquiring more real estate investments. The great house sits on a 12-acre ground and has a 9,000-square-foot beachfront home.

Some of its luxurious amenities include two outdoor pools, a running track, and of course, a golf course. A golfer’s estate isn’t complete without a golf course. However, they decided to tear the house down while they still lived in Isleworth house in Windermere to build a new one and reshape the property. But in 2010, the athlete paid over $50 million mortgage for his Jupiter house, which was one of the most expensive homes on the island.
