Reese Witherspoon recently bought a remodeled 1949 farmhouse in Malibu, California, worth $6.25 million. This is another add on her already growing list of real estate properties that may be handled by her lawyers. The two-acre land is called Zuma Farms and is located near Zuma Beach. It can be used as her and her family’s vacation home with features: the main house, guest house, horse stable, and multiple outbuildings. Reese mainly lives in a Los Angeles mansion in Pacific Palisades, worth a whopping $12.7 million.

She also owns other properties in Nashville and the Bahamas. She will surely buy more when she can. Her house also comes with a private home theater where she certainly watches her films in the past and it won’t be truly complete without this amenity. The atmosphere of her residence in Zuma Farms is truly the best place to hang out if it is only rentable. Her property was sold to Meg Haney, the younger sister of her ex-stylist Mary Alice Haney.
