After the Woolsey Fire that devoured a lot of houses across Los Angeles and Venture County, Miley Cyrus decided to sell her Malibu home. Although the house was unfortunately destroyed in the fire, fortunately the owner of the house was not hurt and all the pets survived. The famed hitmaker didn’t mind the deficit when she sold the house for $1.7 million, $825,000 less than the price she originally bought it, which was $2.525 million.

To recall, Miley chose to live in Malibu to be next to her former partner, who then moved to her house after she bought it. It’s a good investment for the former couple though, and it’s good to see Miley now moving on and finding love in her new boyfriend. This property was previously owned by Thomas Gottschalk, a German radio and television host. His main residence now is the windmile-house across the street. He also owns a castle in Remagen, Germany.
