The 66-year-old star just went to real-estate selling binge after she sold her colonial waterfront home in Sag Harbor, Long Island, New York. The real estate company Douglas Elliman confirmed that Christie’s North Haven property, represented by Enzo Morabito from the firm, was sold for $17.9 million. The amount was closed to its original price of $25 million.

Built in the 1840s, the land is quite an investment with its grand and stately look on the outside and cozy and farmhouse style on the inside. Christie Brinkley bought the 5,500 square foot property last 2004. Her former home comes with four bedrooms with 3 of them had an ensuite bathroom while the other one is a master suite and is located on the second floor of the house while the fifth bedroom is on the third floor and used as both study room and storage room. The first-floor features pantry, powder room, full bathroom, and mudroom.
